Call for diagrams and models for JOAS convention

We will have JOAS convention from August 10 through 12, 2012. Now we are accepting diagrams for the convention book. You will receive a complimentary copy if your diagrams are included. Templates are available in the details page. The deadline is the middle of June.
In the convention, we will have the 6th JOAS Origami Model Competition with three themes: Pureland, Snake, and Tokyo Sky Tree. See the details page.

2nd Origami Tanteidan Kyushu Convention

We will have Origami Tanteidan Kyushu Convention from May 26 through 27, 2012 at Saga University. The special guest is Mr. Sipho Mabona. For details, see announcement (in Japanese).

Origami Tanteidan Special Edition for volume 22 (2011)

We have published the special edition for Origami Tanteidan volume 22 (2011), which includes "Origami Models from Irregular Shapes" by MAEKAWA Jun and diagrams of "Grim Reaper" by MIYAMOTO Chuya. The members of 2011 should be receiving a copy along with issue #132.
